Fear arises from imagination
Fear arises from imagination.
Fear is not to cause imagination.
All fear arises by taking the form of a narrative imagination.
Can not imagine anyone to stop.

Conside that the worst case.
When I considering about the things,think pessimistic and act optimistic.
When a decision I always think about the worst case.
This is because think about the worst case can respond calmly to even the worst suffering.
However,if I fell into an unexpected situation appears weakness.
I can not respond to emergency situation.
This is one of my problems.

"Execution" is a strong word.
The question of what is company management?
Typical responses are "move others" or "to optimize people,goods,money,information".
What is your company management?When I answer "Execution".
Company manager are responsible for making important decisions and
hard work at the forefront of employees than anyone else.
Of course,the execution is much energy is consumed.
At the time company manager who can not run the execution
retreat to the next generation.
If you are company manager,Your organization is heading for decline
that the execution entrust to others(including employees).
So I will run the execution.

about divine vocation.
I considered divine vocation is existed.
Many people will be career change.
Generally , It is said that most reason of career change is human relationship.
second is treatment , third is worth the work.
After some career change , Does people arrive at own divine vocation?
My conclusion , Divine vocation will exist.
The man has a proper can do a good business relationship and direction of a big company , or can do a good business venture company alone.
The man understanding own proper and enter within the top 20% of own company become HAPPY.
I believe pareto law.
It is said law of 20:80.
80% sales consists of 20% customers.
80% sales consists of 20% company member.
If you can enter 20% of the company , the company will be cherished you.
Accumulated successful experience has born Positive spiral.
As a result , Happiness will increase.
I think the man has arrived divine vocation is fortunate , except for unfortunate 80%.
Many people will be career change.

The victory is not bought larger company or small company.

This book has brought above strength however I think my strength is "FAIRNESS".

I have not eaten lunch last October.
This is because I practice my company's vision "Go no understand common sense".
Gandhi said that you eat for life.
"Let's eat" means food's life has got.
I'm healthy enough,so lunch is not necessary.
As a result I have got two important things.
"make the time" and "contribution to others".
I can invest money for my skill up.
I can denote to poor children.
