I've noticed three things

I've noticed three things to manage a company for about three years.

It must be done from top to bottom.


・Make business

・Make money

・Make people

Fear arises from imagination

Fear arises from imagination.

Fear is not to cause imagination.

All fear arises by taking the form of a narrative imagination.


Can not imagine anyone to stop.


Just make a route state can be intentionally rusty.


It's the effort and do better on training.

Conside that the worst case.

When I considering about the things,think pessimistic and act optimistic.

When a decision I always think about the worst case.

This is because think about the worst case can respond calmly to even the worst suffering.

However,if I fell into an unexpected situation appears weakness.

I can not respond to emergency situation.


This is one of my problems.
