When I considering about the things,think pessimistic and act optimistic.

When a decision I always think about the worst case.

This is because think about the worst case can respond calmly to even the worst suffering.

However,if I fell into an unexpected situation appears weakness.

I can not respond to emergency situation.

"Execution" is a strong word.

Typical responses are "move others" or "to optimize people,goods,money,information".

What is your company management?When I answer "Execution".

Company manager are responsible for making important decisions and

80% sales consists of 20% company member.

If you can enter 20% of the company , the company will be cherished you.
