Looking back on my 2011.

I was happy this year.

Grateful to everyone.

OWNSELF
Although the effort ,has not accomplished.
Accomplished is carried over to the next year.

HOME
Almost all has accomplished.

BUSINESS
I was accomplished,has not satisfied.

I've noticed three things

I've noticed three things to manage a company for about three years.

It must be done from top to bottom.


・Make business

・Make money

・Make people

Fear arises from imagination

Fear arises from imagination.

Fear is not to cause imagination.

All fear arises by taking the form of a narrative imagination.


Can not imagine anyone to stop.


Just make a route state can be intentionally rusty.


It's the effort and do better on training.
